Attraction and adaptation of young employees in the nuclear industry
The share of young people in Rosatom is constantly growing and today accounts for a third of the total number of employees (31.9 % or 80,000 people). Therefore, Rosatom pays great attention to working with youth and provides career guidance among students and schoolchildren. The Rosatom Acad emy provides methodological and organizational support for a full cycle of activities aimed at providing Rosatom with qualified university graduates and the formation of the Rosatom employer brand.
The key projects in this area are Monitoring the needs of Rosatom organizations for graduates of educational institutions, the TeMP Young Professionals Tournament, Rosatom Career Days, the “Energy of Leadership” adaptation programs for graduates in the first year of work and development of leadership potential, partnership programs with the main universities of Rosatom. The Rosatom Academy also conducts its own research aimed at developing youth work in the industry.
