Corporate culture: Rosatom values and engagement

The Rosatom Academy implements projects to develop Rosatom's corporate culture, which is based on industry values

The Academy provides methodological and expert support for the formation of a target corporate culture in industry organizations. It accumulates best practices, develops distance courses and trainings, and also provides localization of expertise on values and engagement, develops and produces communication materials on corporate culture (brochures, leaflets, posters), participates in the formation and development of the industry expert community.

To support the Rosatom corporate culture development program, the Academy initiated the creation of Change Support Teams (ChST) at the industry enterprises, which develop and implement industry-specific projects to introduce changes at their enterprises. The Academy provides expert support for the activities of the ChST.

As part of maintaining an engaging environment, the Academy implements an annual employee engagement management cycle. It includes several stages: conducting the research "Your opinion is important to Rosatom", analyzing the results of the research, developing and implementing solutions/measures based on its results.

The research includes questionnaires and focus groups and is conducted among about 45,000 employees from 65 industry organizations. Analysis of results, development and implementation of action plans takes place at all levels of management, from divisions of enterprises to the industry as a whole.

The methodology for implementing all stages of the engagement management cycle in the industry is the same for all its organizations. It is customized by the Academy in terms of questionnaires and developed for other stages based on the experience of Rosatom and is regularly developed with the consideration of the changes taking place in the company, as well as the successful practices of other large manufacturing companies.
