Research initiative “Human: CorpMission” aims to study the human-centric approach to corporate strategy and how it can be measured.

Graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, majoring in Political Science. She is a specialist in business development of educational organizations, strategic development and launching of innovative objects and development of modern competences. She has years of experience in building and running educational projects, as well as experience in international practical lobbying activities in the interests of the Russian Federation in cooperation with commercial, academic and government agencies and state institutions.

From 2016 to 2018, she worked as Executive Director of Sberbank's Talent Attraction and Selection Department and was responsible for interaction with Sberbank's universities and students, building common processes in Russia and launching key projects in Moscow. In 2013, she became Vice-Chancellor for Development at Innopolis University. Until 2013, she was involved in business development at the Skolkovo business school and headed the Alfa Fellowship Program for Alfa Group — an international private finance and investment consortium.
