Anzhelika Khaperskaya has more than 30 years of experience in nuclear fuel cycle advanced technologies development and implementation, including spent fuel reprocessing, radioactive waste management, and recycling of nuclear materials. She is the author of more than 40 articles and patents.

She is widely involved in international activity in sharing experience in the nuclear fuel cycle technologies development. Outside of professional activities, Anzhelika Khaperskaya is deeply involved in the women's activity in the nuclear industry, being a co-founder Foundation for supporting and development of women`s initiatives "Union of women in nuclear". Mrs Khaperskaya is a coordinator of the project "Women in the nuclear industry: vector of development".
