Education 

She received her PhD in Political Science from Kazan State University. She graduated from the Nonprofit Management Program at California State University, Sacramento. She completed courses in venture capital investment at Berkeley University (USA) and a program in industry innovation at Singularity University (USA).

Professional background 

Since 2018, Gulnara Bikkulova has been holding the position of Deputy General Director at the Rosatom Corporate Academy.

From 2010 to 2017, she headed the Innovation Ecosystem Development Department at the Russian Venture Company (RVC): she was responsible for programs for working with investors (business angels, venture funds, corporations), as well as for regional programs for the development of innovative infrastructure. She was a member of the investment committees of the RVC Seed Investment Fund and the North-Energy Ventures Fund. Before joining RVC, Gulnara Bikkulova was the Head of PR and Marketing at the Eurasia Investment Group. She started her professional career in the press service of the Governor of California (USA), later worked in the international PR Agency Edelman, where she worked her way up from a manager to the head of the Russian practice for working with technology companies. 

Gulnara Bikkulova has repeatedly entered the Top 10 rating of marketing managers in the financial sector according to the Association of Managers and Publishing House Kommersant.

Areas of professional expertise are strategic marketing, program and project management, international relations, analytics and research.
