  4. Offers continuous training with the use of recommendations in the online format and at face-to-face events held in special spaces for study, work and conferences called “boiling points” and at the sites of partner organizations.
  5. Recommends personal educational trajectories based on students’ current skill diagnostics, educational background and individual needs, makes recommendations on team development (considering each participant’s profile) for technological projects.
  6. Combines online and offline learning from world-class teachers with top level skills with the community of the National Technology Initiative leaders and the possibility of studying together.
  7. Builds Digital skills profile.
University 20.35 will be designed for a short life cycle - from 2020 to 2035.

The goal of the University is to change the perception of a diploma as a necessary tool to build a career. The university is going to issue personal digital competencies profile for the graduates instead of a diploma.
Over the next 10 years, the University plans to educate approximately 10,000 technological leaders, 100,000 new markets players and create 1 billion digital competency profiles. The educational program was based at the Far Eastern Federal University campus. More than 1000 high-quality staff from all over the country (engineers, talented students, regional and federal officials) took part in the project. World-class educators and the most renown practitioners became tutors and mentors of the participants

Additional information

“In July 2018 a unique and innovative training course on digital technology was held at the Far Eastern Federal University (Island 10-21) as part of our National Technology Initiative. The educational process in its entirety was designed and planned using artificial intelligence, from the selection of participants to mapping out individual educational trajectories. Following up on this experiment, the Far Eastern Federal University has now launched a management course for the digital economy. We will ensure that other regions and universities across the country adopt these practices.”
